Ball (born September 16, 1977) is an American politician, business executive, former active duty Air Force officer and member of the New York State Senate. He is a resident of Patterson, New York. ==Early career and background== Ball was born in Pawling, New York, and grew up on the estate of Stephen and Jean Kennedy-Smith, where his parents were both caretakers.〔Klein, Benjamin. January 16, 2007.〕 In 1996, he was awarded the Falcon Foundation Scholarship and attended the Valley Forge Military Academy before receiving an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy.
